La Jolla Real, one of the best developments with the best resort type amenities around. This is an end unit which is the best ones for a few reasons. First they are bigger than the rest, and you feel it. Second they have a much larger balcony where you can fit a normal table and chairs in the end. Third it gives you an ocean front bedroom without sacrificing the size of the living area. Fourth it has windows on the wall to the north bring in more natural light to the master bathroom, second bedroom, and hallway than the other units without those windows.

This unit has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, glass sliders all across the front in both the master bedroom and living area. It has granite in both bathrooms and kitchen, along with stainless steel appliances. The two bedrooms have travertine, and custom wood doors including to the closets. There are many built ins both in the bedrooms and living area. With the living area all open for views from the kitchen, dining and living space. As mentioned the patio is larger than most with views down to some of the swimming pools a well as an alley way to the beach with white water and rock views. You also will experience amazing sunsets with views of the Coronado Islands.

This unit is very well decorated and furnished. It is on the second floor right by the stairs so easy to get in and out. La Jolla is one of the few condo towers which have increased in value significantly, and tend to resell quickly, making it a choice for an investment as well. The location is as perfect as it gets, close enough to town without the noise and on a mostly private beach. Many great restaurants within walking distance, and public transportation out the front gate, or short car ride to the tourist part of town.
