As an update, a lot of progress this week. The drywall is all in, mudded and taped. A few more passes and done, should be early next week. We are expecting the tile to be done next week as well. The carpenter is working on the kitchen, bathroom and doors and then we are finished. We are hoping to be done in 2 to maybe 3 weeks.

In this property there will be a café on the premise, and gated and covered parking or the option to purchase a garage. It also is a very safe place with a gate to the street, extra security to get into the condos, no way to access from the federal zone on either side. It keeps you all alone. It is extremely quiet up here except for the ocean which is what most want and almost impossible to find.

This development also will have solar with battery backup so you should never be without power and no electric bill. It also already has an 11,000 liter water pila so you will not be without water either. And with enjoying the federal zone you will not have the cost as it is absorbed in the HOA as is the property tax. Really no different than a bank trust holding the title, here it is a corporation holding the title instead which eliminates the high closing costs and long transfer process of the title both when you buy and sell. Many high end properties down here have set up a corporation to own the property and when they sell they sell the corporation instead of the property making for a quicker and less expensive transfer of title. This is doing exactly that except on a larger bases.
As of this posting, which will be modified as things are finished off, the unit is about 1 month from being completely finished and ready for occupancy.
