A very well located apartment building in a safe area of town and convenient to all shopping. Walking distance to Walmart, Home depot and the Pabion. Schools also in walking distance as is a couple of gyms and many restaurants. The beach is also close by as about a 1 mile distance away. Public transportation is close by as a taxi driver lives right next door, so a car is not necessary if you live here. Although if you have one there is plenty of street parking.
