The perfect well priced home in Baja Malibu which is one of the best surf spots and beaches around.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with two larger than normal patios, with good ocean views. This house is perfect because it is single level living with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main level, as well as the kitchen and living area and one of the two big patios. There is also a separate sitting area or TV room, and a double garage on this level and easy access in and out of Baja Malibu.

On the second level is a master on suite with an ocean front Jacuzzi tub to sit and relax while watching sunsets in. Off of it is the second big patio with excellent views as it looks over the top of everything as you see from the pictures.

The decor of this house is more modern and painted in earth tone colors. If you want to lighten it up, painting is easy and cheap, but it does have a comfortable feel to it. The floor plan is what most people want, single level living with an open floor plan and views to the ocean.

The house has a few gas heaters throughout and a fireplace in the living room area to take that winter chill off if needed. It is also in the back row, but you do not notice the road noise in the house. It is constructed very well, and all the homes in the back row are newer, clean and well kept. These lots are also larger than most which gives it room around the house to have windows giving it more natural light then the older section of Baja Malibu, where they are longer and more narrow lots.

Baja Malibu is an older community and well established as a great location mostly because of the excellent surf spot. For years families have made many great memories here. Nearby are many great restaurants a golf course. It is a quick 5 minute ride into Rosarito, and about 15 minutes from the border.

Your coastal views to the south are excellent, to the north is a big hotel which blocks some of the view but it also blocks the cold winter wind.

All this is at a great price as we are below the market for a quicker sale.
