It is easily accessible as this section of San Marino is just past the main gate, the second on the left. And the house is the second after the guard gate for added security. It has ocean views and nearly perfect temperate weather year-round.
San Marino is about a 20-30 minute drive to and from the border, depending on traffic, and is centered between Rosarito and Playas de Tijuana, making it a great location.
Overall, it's a very quiet subdivision with not a lot of airbnb people here.
