One of the two new lots coming up for sale in the third row of the beach section of Plaza del Mar is sold already, the second one is left. With the new price it is over $100,000 less than the one remaining developer’s lot in this row. This lot is easily the best priced lot in PDM beach, almost giving it away. These sell well as the views are the best other than the ocean front lots. These lots are 40 feet across the ocean side and 100 feet deep so larger than most, and again great views!
