This is one of the premiere homes in Plaza del Mar Club section, why? Because of many and all reasons.

First it is in the best location for views in all directions. So many homes up here have decent views to the south, but their view is completely blocked by the condos to the north, but not this one. This hacienda home will have sunset views no matter where the sun is. Other than ocean front homes at a much higher price, nothing has views better than this one, it is at just the right spot on the peak of the road.

Second is it is a sought after hacienda style home with a nice court yard off the dinning and kitchen area as well as the master bedroom. Each having French doors which open to the court yard, bring in a lot of natural light and fresh air. Something lacking in many of the homes down here as most are built side by side with no separation and no ventilation and natural light.

Third other than a few stairs to get into the home, it is single level living. The stairs could easily be converted into a ramp if needed. And there are views from this lower level with a terrace area in the front of the home, which also offers very nice street appeal. Not to mention the front door which is appealing.

Fourth is after you enter the home, you will find 2 copulas which are really impressive. They are not the normal copulas with normal brick inlays, but the designs on these is very unique and really impressive.

Fifth, the flow or layout of the home. It is very open and spacious, well appointed.

Sixth is the finishes, no expenses were cut on this home. Everything is high end from the lighting, floor tile, kitchen cabinets and granite, all the way down to the faucets and door knobs. These high end finishes show, and the home shows extra well because of them.

Seventh is the home is kept impeccable. Every time I have been in the home it is spotless, it will pass the white glove test anytime. There is a true love for this home, and it shows.

Eighth is the price. There are new ones being built a little less in price, but nowhere near the finishes, and not even close on the views. The extras few dollars on this one is worth it for sure.

Club section of Plaza del Mar is well established with a fair amount of new construction going on. The location is great as close to many things like Valley de Guadalupe, Rosarito and Ensenada (about in the middle). Outstanding restaurants are close by like Splash and La Fonda. And the beaches in this area are some of the best and very much unspoiled. In the beach section of Plaza del Mar, which is connected by a short walk or shorter car ride. Is one of the best beaches that is almost as private as they come. Many days you will be the only one on it. Or a very popular public beach of La Mission is about 2 miles way if you want activity. The surfing in the area is also very good.
