This home can be so many things, a great family home. A great home for a retired couple. A home for Airbnb, as again you could add a couple more bedrooms on the lower level, and with the four bathrooms and pool next door, it would rent extremely well. But mostly we want to stress the price. The price of this home is well below the market, and the owners are looking for a quick sale thus the price, so still a little room to negotiate.
