This home has a style all its own, and it is gorgeous! It has the perfect mix of an old world charm, with modern style. A style you see in many high end restaurants but do not find in a home. A mix of brick, wood, granite, windows, rounded solid doors, and decorated with many art pieces and high end furniture. It works well together and stands out.

The house itself is also very unique in that all four bedrooms have an ocean view, and a bathroom. So back to the bedrooms, the first one has the most area for closets, the best upgraded bathroom, a nice sized terrace. Actually that pretty much describes all three bedrooms, one on each level as you move down. The only real exception is the lowest level also has a mini kitchen which comes in handy with the largest terrace and beach access on this level. It makes it where you do not have to run up and down the stairs for drink and food items.

The best thing about the three ocean front bedrooms however is the fact you will not have to fight over who gets the ocean front bedroom, you have three of them!
On top of all this, you have an oversized double garage where the laundry is, and room to park a few cars in the drive way, not to mention a few more on the street. For San Antonio that is unheard of, so something worth noting.

From the street you will notice the home is extremely well maintained, and nice, but nothing special, nothing to draw attention. But when you enter, the fun begins. This one you have to see for yourself!
