A lot of house, all single level living even though on 3 levels. Why? Because of an elevator.

This is 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home spread out over approximately 6,000 sq ft of living space. Because of its location and the house next door, there are windows to the south with excellent views of the coast. Not to mention views straight out to the ocean and the Coronado Islands. This also gives some excellent natural light which most ocean front homes in San Antonio do not have. Part of this is because this lot is almost double the length as most making it a much wider home, and affords the windows and lighting from the sides.
We are going to call this house Casa doodle because it is strong, one of the photos shows the footings as there are HUGE pylons down to bedrock, this home is about 10 years old and not one crack anywhere. So no concerns on it sliding into the ocean on you.

On the first level is the garage for obvious reasons, and all the main living area, like kitchen, dining area and living room all open and HUGE. There are windows all across the front and most of the south side, and a nice fireplace in the corner. There is also a half bath, along with a full bathroom off the bedroom on this floor. All four bedrooms are spacious as well.

On the second level is the master bedroom, equipped with a small wet bar and HUGE terrace with a hot tub. There is a his and her closet, as well as a good sized bathroom. This area is as large as most homes living room.

On the lower level is two more bedrooms with a full bathroom, another wet bar area and large sitting area. This makes three of the four bedrooms to have ocean views. And the home is set up well for running a B&B from it if you wish. Or just for a big family who wants space.

It also has forced air heat, with one unit in the garage for the upper floor, and one in the lowest level for the bottom of the house. Not many homes in Baja have heating, this has two! It is also set up with a pila for when they cut water, and has a real electric box wired to US standards unlike many homes here in Mexico. The house is built extremely well from top to bottom, no corners cut, not even with the light switches which are almost all with a dimmer.

It also has a pila with a pump for those times where water is cut, which seems to be often these days.

This is a very well thought out home as well as it is built. It is also finished high end with granite, cabinets of alder, high end tile and a lot of high end windows.

This is a $3,000 per month rental with a 1 year lease mnimum. First, last and deposit so 3 months rent upfront.
